Association of European Administrative Judges
Association of European Administrative Judges
European Court of Human Rights, Grand Chamber
7 June 2001, Kress v. France, no. 39594/98 Word of the President
Welcome on the AEAJ website!
As the apex
organisation of administrative judges in Europe,
AEAJ is committed on what matters the most for us: judicial independence, the rule of law, the development of administrative courts, and
European administrative law – from a perspective always oriented to judicial practice.
Our membership
includes national associations of administrative judges, as well as individual administrative
judges in countries where no association is a member.
Thanks to our four Working Groups, we offer seminars, organised by administrative judges for
administrative judges, which address the interactions between administrative
law and European law, and their latest developments.
If you are interested
by our activities, please consult our annual Work Programme.
You may also contact
us on: contact@aeaj.org.
Yours sincerely,
Mr Sylvain Mérenne
President of the AEAJ
